On pinterest I saw salad in a jar. I tried it yesterday and it was fantastic. My layers are chicken burger, feta, sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, carrots, red peppers, lettuce. I add the dressing right before I eat, but if I had to bring it somewhere I would add the dressing at the bottom with the chicken so it wouldn't get anything soggy.
This looks like a fantastic idea! I don't eat enough salad because I don't want to take the time to make individual serving sizes. Doing it all at once & eating all week is brilliant.
