Thinking through the great Re-Org

Now that I have come to terms with the fact that the wall won't be knocked down for a year, I need to reorganize my spaces.  I am setting up my front rooms as the play room and the school room, and turning our current playroom into the family room.  Why?
1. I want the piano in the bigger room so we can all enjoy "concerts"
2. The new family room will still be where the guest kids play, but all of the school stuff I don't want touched will be in the front room.
3. I want the school room closer to the kitchen.
4. The current family room is so small it is hard for our family to enjoy the room together.

Playroom Facing East

Play room facing North.  The Bookshelves will be moving to the new play room.

Playroom facing west.  The piano, whiteboards and ledges will
move to the school room.

Current family room.  The hutch, comfy couch, chair, coffee table
and pictures will move to the new family room.

Current family room facing north-west.  The piano, tv, and
curtains will move to the family room.

Current family room looking into the "dining room."
The dining room will become the play room.
